Best insurance and customer experience

We have had the most unbelievable run of bad luck with our vehicles. Warranty claim in October 2023, vehicle accident claims (x2) in November, a vehicle theft in March 2024 and another warranty claim in April 2024. It reads like 'Ripley's believe it or not'! Outsurance has been outstanding! Prompt, efficient, understanding and friendly service. Thank you! I would recommend OUtsurance to any one.

Assistance with cancellation

Good day, I am selling my vehicle and would need to cancel the insurance. My renewal date is the 9th each month. I would like the policy to be cancelled before the next debit order.

the worst experience I and any of my family members has had. The person who is supposed to handle my claim is Gugu but when I was called, I was referred to this Brendan. I told him that I want my car to be sent to another penal beater as they've had my vehicle for over a month with very little progress and after doing my own research I found that that panel beater has a bad reputation of holding people's vehicles for over 3 months. He said not to change because it will delay the progress then emailed the panel beater who just responded the same way they've been attempting to pacify me. I then responded to the email Brendan forwarded me on the 13th April and I have since not received a response from Brendan nor the panel beater. Gugu on the other has not bothered to find out how the claim is going. The panel beater has now had my vehicle for two months meanwhile I have to take taxis which I'm sure they themselves would not subject themselves to.
